Founded in 1989, SACCESS provides a forum for representatives of the engineering and scientific community of San Antonio to discuss common issues and goals. Membership in SACCESS is only by organization, there are no individual members. SACCESS membership includes TASA, IEEE, and TSPE, for a total of 16 engineering and scientific societies having local chapters in San Antonio.
